Description: This herbal food supplement is an Ayurvedic herb traditionally used as a female tonic. It is thought to nourish the female reproductive system regulating the menstrual cycle and can help with the symptoms of the menopause. Traditionally used to aid fertility and support milk production in breast feeding. It is also thought to have a soothing and anti-inflammatory action in the lungs, urinary and digestive systems.

Ingredients: 1 capsule provides 350mg of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus Root) in a plant cellulose capsule.

Directions: As a food supplement take 1-3 capsules daily.

Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
