Description: Siberian Ginseng is traditionally used as an adaptogen, used to help with stress, fatigue, low mood and post viral syndromes. It is also thought to help the body cope with physical stress.

Ingredients: 1 capsule provides 400mg of Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus Root) in a plant cellulose capsule.

Directions: As a food supplement take 1-3 capsules daily.
