Description: This food supplement is a blend of herbs traditionally used to support and ease symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

Ingredients: Alcohol, Aqua, Vitex agnus castus, Cimicifuga racemosa, Ginkgo biloba, Dioscorea villosa, Astragalus membranosus, Withania somnifera, Asparagus racemosus, Taraxacum officinale Radix. Contains practitioner quality tinctures.

Directions: 5mls (1 teaspoon) to be taken in water 1 to 3 times per day. To reduce alcohol content add to half a mug of hot water.

Store in a cool dry place out of sunlight.

Cautions: Do not exceed stated dose, or take while pregnant or breastfeeding unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children.
